  There is no missing this location!! My kids could see M and instant relief flooded them that I wasn't going to make them eat any other French fries.  It is easy to find on your way through town coming from or going to Cold Lake!
  
  The interior is new, clean and twice as efficient as the Cold Lake restaurant. The parking lot has ample parking for many vehicles with or without trailers.

  This McDonalds is hit and miss every time.
  A couple days ago we went in and ordered X2 breakfast burrito meals.
  I asked for Salsa with mine and the Mcmanager working the window sass'd me up saying it already comes with salsa. So fast forward to this morning, same mcmanager doesn't give us any f#€king salsa.
  
  So you ask for Salsa and you get a condescending attitude, then if you don't ask you get nothing.
  Same guy gave tude throughout us placing our trucks full order this morning. We were nothing but civil to this guy.
  I don't get where his miserable tude comes from.
  
  Also half the time you order anything, there's a 50/50 chance you'll get it warm.
  
  Shape up clowns  
  Take some care and attention in the job your performing.
  I worked at Subway throughout high school. I made the best of my time there and we all promoted positivity in our staff. It was very enjoyable.
  Plus we didn't lip of our customers, even the deserving.
  Your job is what you make it.

  4:30am getting coffee after work and lady running drive thru might as well have been a robot, Zero people skills.
  
  Oh well , seems to be the norm here in B ville.

  This mcdonalds is by far the worst one I've ever been to. Service is slow and rude. 8 to 9 employees with 2 to 3 of them just standing around.  This month alone I've been there twice and both times have been crap.  First time I ordered 3 hot drinks to go and I had to ask for cup holder. Server looked at me with an irritated look and threw the cup holder on the pick up table and looked at me with a smug look on his face. 2nd time around ordered the same 3 hot drinks and it took them more than 15 minutes to get it ready even though the store wasnt busy at all.  The employee who rang me up had to tell his supervisor that I was waiting for a long time.. said supervisor was just standing around talking to another co employee. The excuse they gave us verbatim "technical difficulties". Yet I saw no one approach their coffee makers up until the supervisor was reminded of my order. Horrible and inexcusable service.

  Me and my dad went here and i got a quarter pounder and my dad got a Big Mac he was happy with his Big Mac but I was not happy with my quarter pounder it was cold and there were some hairs in it but I still ate it. Other then that it was a nice clean building and I'm glad that there's a McDonald's In Bonnyville
